The 5th and 6th class will receive the sacrament of Confirmation tomorrow. Tomorrow also marks the 250th anniversary of Fr. Nicholas Sheehy and the Proclamation day.
Last Friday the children had a very informative visit to the grave of Fr. Sheehy in Shanrahan with Fr. Butler. The projects that the children have completed will be on display in St. Mary's church. 
We are looking forward to the visit of Bishop Alphonsus Cullinan to our parish. We would like to thank Fr. Butler for his help in the preparation for Confirmation, and Mrs. Ahearne, Mr. Tuohy and the Parish choir who will provide the music for the Confirmation.
