However, we finally got started today with our Maths Trails! After lunch, every child in the school worked in small groups to answer a series of questions related to Maths in the environment all around us. 3rd and 4th class worked in small groups and pupils from 5th and 6th class worked with small groups from Junior Infants to Second Class. All of the pupils had great fun! Maths Trails will continue for the rest of the week. 5th and 6th class will also be working on target boards online and will be competing in the Mangahigh online maths games.

Maths Week 2017
This week, October 14th to 22nd is Maths week! We had lots of activities planned for the week, including a live link up with schools all over Ireland and South Africa, planned for Tuesday morning, but unfortunately all of these plans could not go ahead due to Ophelia.
However, we finally got started today with our Maths Trails!
