We were very lucky to have Aoife and Micheál speaking to us yesterday about how the Galtee Irish Honey farm based here in Burncourt operates. We also had a visit from Tipperary Food Tour who provided us with a virtual reality tour via headset. Each student also received a copy of The Tipperary Food Tours children's book!
