Congratulations to the our Orange classroom students who presented their ESB Science Blast project to the judge yesterday via zoom. The judge commended them for their research on the project "Do birds have a preference when it comes to bird food?". She also commended their presentation skills and said they are spoke very well. They were awarded with the ESB Science Blast trophy for 2021.
 



Well done to Ms. Walshe's Speech and Drama students who all achieved first class honours (two with medals!) in their examinations with the Leinster School of Music and Drama! 





We were delighted to showcase our two science projects at the ESB Science blast in 2019!



We raised our second amber flag, well done to Ms. Blake and the amber flag committee!


We raised our second active flag this year! Well done to Ms. Murphy, Ms. Slattery and the active flag committee!


We were delighted to receive our fourth STEM award! Well done to Ms. Keating and the science committee! 




Well done to all of the students who took part in examinations this year!


We were thrilled to learn that we had been awarded our third excellence award for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths in 2017/2018! Well done to Mrs. O' Gorman who lead this project at a whole school level.


We are delighted to receive our second green flag for energy. Well done to Ms. Meaney and the green school team.

Cathal (6th) was chosen to play in Tipperary primary game team!

Our soccer came third in the Munster soccer finals!


Mrs. O' Gorman and our two sixth class girls were selected to exhibit their project 'Will robots be the future of milking?' at the RDS Primary Science Fair 2018 which was held in Mary Immaculate College

In 2017 our school exhibited at the RDS Young Scientist Exhibition again. This year our scientific question was 'Fertiliser, Slurry or Nature - which is most effective?'



In 2016 we received the Discover Primary Science and Maths STEM excellence award
